The unchanged two-page application includes the official photo release. Review it, complete it, and mail it with payment. We will also attach a copy to your inquiry confirmation email when email delivery is configured.

Membership Questions

Who can become a member?

Any family affected by autism spectrum disorder, or any individual with an autism diagnosis.

How is membership confirmed?

Mail the completed official application with payment to the PO Box listed on the form. You will receive a receipt once processed; the receipt is your confirmation of membership.

Can I participate before membership is confirmed?

Many events are open to everyone. Events that are limited to registered members will be clearly marked as members only.
